Are you a woman in middle-life in the midst of a
chapter of change?
*Your kids are grown and about to move out, or already have
*You've gone thru surgical menopause or are struggling to work thru natural menopause
*You want to lose those extra pounds
*You want to balance your energy, hormones, sleep and thoughts
A lot of women have health goals and have been trying to reach them for years, yet haven't been able to, because they don't have the support or accountability partner they need.
As your Certified International Health Coach,
I'll help you navigate your chapter of change, thru one-on-one coaching sessions, as we explore your personalized journey that takes you from the 'what' (from self-observation or doctor prescribed),
through the 'how', to the healthy, balanced, confident version of yourself.
It's time to invest in you .
Let's talk..
Building a Healthy Lifestyle is work.
Let's be real about that!
We are women who have put the needs of our family and friends before our own, which is great, but we've neglected our own self-care in the process.
It's time.
Time for us to apply the very encouragement that we give to our loved ones, to ourselves.
The first hurdle to conquer is our mindset.
Remember you matter.
You are worthy.
You are loved.
Let's do this!
A Hopist Lifestyle is amazing!
It is a deeper realization than being an optimist. Oxford Languages Dictionary says "an optimist is a person who tends to be hopeful and confident about the future or the success of something."
Being a hopist is being hope-filled because of the promises God has given us.
Trusting in the knowledge that He is always, always faithful and therefore, we can live a hopist and peace-filled life.
A Hygge (pronounced hue-guh, not hoo-gah) Lifestyle is not so much work. According to hyggehouse.com, "Hygge is a Danish word used when acknowledging a feeling or moment, whether alone or with friends, at home or out, ordinary or extraordinary, as cozy, charming, or special.
It literally only requires consciousness, a certain slowness, and the ability to not just be present, but recognize and enjoy the present."
There's more and I highly recommend looking into this hygge.
You're welcome.
